About The Opportunity

The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise daily roof works, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
  • Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues to avoid delays.
  • Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental standards on site.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients and teams, providing updates and managing needs.
  • Report on progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ Years' Experience In Building, Roofing, Or Site Supervision
  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Practices, Roofing Systems & WHS
  • Skilled In Coordinating Trades, Subcontractors & Suppliers
  • Excellent Time Management & Multi-Project Coordination
  • Strong Communication, Attention To Detail & Problem Solving
  • Licence & Insurance Building Experience (Preferred)
