In addition, you will:Proactively manage the site including multiple trades & sub-contractorsFeed project progress to your PM including programme, site control, H&S & QA.Maintain project documentation & support with variationsEnsure construction works are within programme and trades work to completion of works by due dates & contract obligationsEnsure quality is maintained, inspection of works & rectification work managedOversee sub-contractor inductions & all H&S site practices maintainedAbout you:You will be a hands-on Site Manager that can think on their feet and collaboratively problem solve.
You will have the ability to drive the construction programme whilst following best practices.
