We're seeking a very talented full stack Silverstripe/PHP Developer to join our hard-working Wellington team to deliver award-winning web development services.

You show genuine care for the welfare of others, especially our clients and their customers whom we aim to wow and delight.Skills and Experience:3+ years of experience in software development3+ years of experience of Silverstripe, Laravel or equivalent PHP framework3+ years of experience with VueJSExperienced with unit testing, integration testing, functional testingProject management abilityExcellent communication and presentation since you'll have to interact a lot with clientGood team player1+ year experience in AI integrationAbility to conduct technical meeting with peers around new technologies, tools or practicesKey Responsibilities:Advocating, updating, and developing the technical direction of the projectsStrong communication skills that translate the ideas of business leaders and end users into technical requirements that the development team understands and implementsIdentify user and system requirements for new websites and applicationsUtilise your experience with AI tools and technologies to improve internal tooling and provide innovative solutions for our clientsWork with our wide range of clients on support requests as well as bespoke projectsUnderstand client needs and know how to create the tools to manage themUnderstand, adhere and communicate all coding standardsUnderstand technical and functional design requirements, code and test technical solutionsDesign technical solutions in collaboration with other developers on time and on budgetWork on new product features, enhancement to existing features and customer migrationWhat's in it for you to come work with us here at Somar Digital?
