Job Summary

Services Key Account Manager
We are looking for a Services Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention for our Key Account.

What you will do

As a Services Key Account Manager, you will:

  1. Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach.

  2. Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver.

  3. Identify customer needs, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals.

  4. Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis.

  5. Create, implement and follow-up service account plans and targets in alignment with customer and Key Account team.

  6. Create, implement and follow-up quality plans and targets per account in line with customer and Key Account team.

  7. Drive service contracts deployment to secure customer operational excellence.

  8. Follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and performance on service events with customer and internally.

  9. Manage internal interfaces to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans and targets.

  10. Be an integrated member in the KAM-team, driving the service business as a part of a system supplier approach.

We believe you have

We believe you have:

  1. Over 5 years of relevant experience in managing Technical Sales/ Technical Service preferably from aftermarket industrial sectors - Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment and Industrial sector.

  2. Proven track record in Technical Services / Managing Corporate Key Customers.

  3. Sound financial and operational experience to manage services contracts with strategic business acumen mindset.

  4. Proactive drive resolution of customers issues through effective communication with the regional customers.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Willing to travel and attend to customers enquiries or resolve operational issues.

  7. Experience in the FMCG/Packaging sectors would be preferred.

  8. A Degree in Engineering would be favourable, preferably electrical or mechanical or equivalent.
