THE WORK:
As a ServiceNow Architect you will support the sales pursuit activities, integrated solution designs and complex program delivery for our clients.
Role will be based in Wellington with hybrid working opportunity.
+ Develop solutions for sales opportunity including value proposition, roadmaps, architecture, support offerings to win deals.
+ Knowledge of business process and ServiceNow product to support development and expansion of solution to meet business strategy.
+ Provide direction in applying technology to the client business.
+ Facilitate client workshop, document business requirement, and develop a solution.
+ Develop technical solution design with technical architects to create corresponding cost estimates.
+ Support presales technical and functional activity for clients.
+ Share knowledge to the delivery team to ensure smooth transfer from sales to delivery.
HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
+ Working experience as ServiceNow Architect with certified implementation specialisation
+ Experience translating technical solution requirement to business requirement and customer outcomes.
+ Experience in explaining complex topics clearly and concisely to business and clients.
+ Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow applications: ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM
+ Projects may require security clearances requirement.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
+ If you have ITSM or CSM exposure or experience would be advantageous
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex scenarios and describe solutions to business and technical audiences
+ ServiceNow Certifications
