Hands-on, technical role in a regulated, safety-focused environment.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping high-tech infrastructure operating reliably — ensuring that equipment such as cyclotrons, synthesisers, hot cells and QC instruments perform at their best.
You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative technical team, ensuring uptime and compliance across operational sites.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-precision technical systems
Troubleshoot faults and provide hands-on technical support to production and QC teams
Assist with installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance records using a digital CMMS
Participate in a national on-call roster, responding to after-hours equipment issues
Support engineering initiatives and promote continuous improvement
Travel as required
Skills & Experience
Trade qualification or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering would be nice
Experience maintaining industrial, laboratory or medical instrumentation
Strong technical problem-solving and fault-finding ability
An understanding of WHS and technical safety protocols would be great
Self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Full driver's license and car
