Providing nationwide service across all types of entrance systems and material handling equipment.
We are committed to providing the best possible outcomes for our clients and staff.RoleWe have a vacancy for a NZ Registered Electrician or Senior Service Technician to join our Auckland, Penrose branch.
We seek a reliable professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a positive team environment.ResponsibilitiesRepair and diagnose faults in all types of entrance systems.Service, maintenance, and installation of automatic doors, swing, roller doors, manual doors, high-speed doors, and gates.Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Asset upgrades and replacement.Full training.Site-to-site repairs for breakdowns or planned maintenance.Skills requiredExperience: Service Technician, Electrician or EST advantageous.Experience and willingness to work with a variety of electrical and some mechanical equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve onsite as required.A clean, full driver's license.Good communication skills.This role will service the greater Auckland area.Head office is in Penrose.A clean record is required, and candidates must pass security vetting for certain sites.Soft skillsCommunication: Clear, professional interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
Writing concise service reports or updates.Problem-Solving: Diagnosing faults quickly and accurately.
