    As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families.

    Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential.

    Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability.

    You'll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.

  • Previous management experience within the Health and Disability sector
  • Strong people management experience, leading a team of people to achieve the best outcomes
  • Relevant technical experience e.g. rostering, budgets, service planning and risk management
  • Demonstrated awareness, sensitivity and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi
  • Computer skills, including MS Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • We provide 24/7 services all year round, and the ability to participate in the on-call roster is essential to the delivery of our services
  • A full NZ drivers' licence
