From $79K + on call allowance + phone + work carFrom $79K + work vehicle, phone, and laptop80 hours per fortnight + involvement in on-call rosterAbout the roleAs a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families.
Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential.
Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability.
You'll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment.Passion for the services provided by IDEA Services and the people supported.Relevant tertiary qualification.Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment.Ability to develop a functional and positive team environment.What's in it for you?
