    We're looking for a polished and proactive Service Delivery Host to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Wellington CBD, operating within the corporate banking sector.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering five-star hospitality across all client spaces, ensuring every guest feels valued and every interaction is seamless.

    You'll support food and beverage service, event setups, and guest assistance, while maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism.

    This is a Permanent Full Time position and primarily from Monday to Friday.

  • Provide warm, professional service to guests and clients, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience.
  • Deliver food and beverage services, including event setup, espresso preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Maintain clean and tidy client spaces, including meeting rooms, dining areas, and kitchen zones.
  • Liaise with team members and service providers to ensure smooth operations and a one-team approach.
  • Respond to guest requests, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and manage client feedback with discretion and urgency.

  • Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering premium experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, warm, and professional demeanour.
