We’re on the lookout for a Superstar Service Advisor who can be the friendly face between our customers and our talented team of mechanics.
You'll be the go-to person who ensures everyone is kept in the loop, work is scheduled like clockwork, and customers come away feeling like they’ve just been looked after by family.

The role:
Reporting to our locally based and highly regarded Service Manager you will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding any machine service or repair requirements, for equipment we have previously sold to the customer.
This role would suit those with previous customer service, strong accounts/administration, and coordination experience – those with attention to detail and a proven ability to problem solve and lead communications.
