As we expand our influence across APAC with long-term contracts from leading Power Utilities, we're seeking a capable Senior Transmission Lines Engineer to support us in overhead transmission line design and delivery.

Become a trusted advisor clients turn to for on-time, on-budget solutions that exceed expectations, with the support of a talented APAC Transmission Lines team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of scoping, feasibility, design, and delivery of high voltage overhead transmission lines.

  • Support technical reviews and drive project success, cultivating client relationships.

  • Oversee the design process from our global teams to deliver cutting-edge designs.

  • Mentor the next generation of engineering talent.

  • Utilise PLS CADD, TOWER, and POLE software for design work.

  • Contribute your knowledge of AS/NZS, ASCEM IEEE, and IEC standards to a wide variety of projects.

Qualifications

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development while applying innovation to a rapidly evolving industry as part of an APAC Energy & Power team.

We're open to those with a Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with prior Transmission Line Design experience gained in utility and/or an engineering consultancy environment.

We offer a hybrid work model in our Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington offices.
