About the Role:
The Senior Retail Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Team Leader and contributing to the overall success of the Family Store.
This position is designed for someone with strong retail experience, leadership potential, and a passion for helping others thrive in a team environment.
Working closely with the Team Leader, the Senior Retail Assistant helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that team members are motivated, trained, and meeting expectations in line with national Family Store operational standards.
What will your responsibilities be:
Support the Team Leader in overseeing daily store operationsAssist with training, coaching, and motivating team membersHelp implement best practice processes and ensure compliance with operational requirementsContribute to maintaining high standards of stock quality, pricing, and presentationAct as a role model for excellent customer service and teamworkStep into leadership responsibilities when the Team Leader is unavailableWork collaboratively with the Area Manager and Team Leader to support strategic initiatives Our ideal candidate will:
