We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Regulatory Applications Officer to support the effective delivery of regulatory services.
In this role, you will assist the Team Manager in coordinating daily operations, mentoring staff, and leading onboarding.
You’ll help build team capability, manage escalated issues, and step in as Acting Manager when required.
A key part of your role will be maintaining quality assurance processes, and keeping procedural documentation up to date and compliant.
You’ll also contribute to strategic projects, support the implementation of legislative reforms, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and leading by example in this area.
To succeed in this role you’ll bring experience in regulatory administration or a similar environment and a keen willingness to learn. You will be a driver of a high performing team culture and bring proven leadership experience. Your commitment to quality will be outstanding as will your dedication to ongoing continuous improvement.

The salary range is $78,000 - $92,000 dependent on skills and experience.
