New Zealand Skills and Education Group (NZSEG) is a private tertiary education provider offering learning across an array of programmes and disciplines, for both domestic and international students.
Our kaupapa is to empower our akonga with confidence, discipline, knowledge and the skills to succeed.We're seeking an experienced Senior Registrar to lead academic admin, ensure compliance, manage SELMA/ITR reporting, and oversee the Registrar's daily operations.
This role will also see you manage the Registrar whilst overseeing their daily workflows.Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate, compliant academic data and student recordsUnderstanding of the funding conditionsManage and optimise the Student Management System -SELMA and ITRLead reporting to NZQA, TEC and other stakeholders within NZSEGDrive continuous improvement and data-informed decision makingPull reports and analyse data using Power BIRequirements:Tertiary qualification in education, business or similarStrong experience in academic administration within NZ's tertiary sectorDeep understanding of NZQA and TEC frameworksProficiency with SMS platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., ITR Systems , SELMA, Power BI, Excel)Previous leadership experience in managing small teamsAt NZSEG, we value our kaimahi and provide a supportive, culturally rich environment.
