About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to lead a project aimed at enhancing our training function.
You'll work on refining governance structures, improving learning programmes, and ensuring alignment with national standards.
This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on how we train and support our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping and delivering an improvement plan for training
- Establishing effective governance for the training function
- Working with advisory groups to ensure learner focused training
- Aligning training programs with service delivery needs
- Developing systems for quality assurance and programme evaluation
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years as a Senior Project Manager experience working across NZ Government
- Experience in creating training modules and providing training to employees
- Strong understanding of quality management systems
