The headquarters are in New Plymouth (where this role is based), and the company manages major projects across Australia and New Zealand.The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse range of engineering projects, ensuring excellence in delivery and strong client outcomes.
In this role, you will represent the company with clients, vendors, and certifying authorities while driving project success across quality, cost, and time milestones.You'll manage project scope and resources, mentor and guide engineers and designers, and help grow the business by developing relationships and identifying opportunities in both existing and new markets.What We're Looking ForTertiary engineering degree qualification, preferably Mechanical discipline, though open to Process or Electrical & InstrumentationProven industrial construction project management experience, managing multi-disciplinary engineering projectsStrong technical background with ability to review and approve engineering designs/calculationsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBusiness development capability – identifying opportunities and delivering value to clientsA commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementFlexibility to travel to project sites and client locations across New Zealand and Australia as requiredBenefitsIn return, the company provides a highly competitive remuneration package to contribute to a diverse portfolio of large and challenging projects.
