  • Provide critical support to complete the planning and implementation of a significant and important building works project across multiple offshore embassies



  • Be part of a project work where your planning skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the construction process are critical to success

    About the role - Kōrero mō te tūranga

    The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project manager in the development and delivery of an important building works project and associated deliverables.

    This role requires functional mastery in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, resource management, risk management, financial management, reporting, documentation, and supply chain management to ensure successful project outcomes.

    The full salary range for this role is $, to $, total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.

    We expect to appoint around the midpoint $, – give or take depending on your level of experience.

    We’d like to hear from you if you are an experienced Project Manager with the following skills and experience:


  • We’re looking for someone with experience in or affinity for planning and delivering property projects with a strong security overlay



  • You’ll have a number of years (3+) of successful project coordination or deliver of complex projects



  • You'll be a natural collaborator - collaborating well with peers and contributing to a better project management practice.



  • You will have a very high attention to detail, ensuring that every i is dotted and t crossed.



  • Must be able to demonstrate that they are outcome oriented and meet timelines and deliverables/objectives required within budget.



  • A current security clearance will be advantageous



  • Understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Māori and Māori customs and protocols would be beneficial.
