You'll lead strategic planning and design initiatives, using data-driven insights and specialised software to optimise services and improve customer experience.
You'll collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community groups to ensure our network reflects the needs of our growing region.Key responsibilities include:Supporting strategic network reviews and service design improvementsLeading analysis of network performance and customer insightsEngaging with operators, councils, iwi, and community stakeholdersDeveloping complex timetables and schedules aligned with strategic goalsContributing to funding bids and investment casesMou ¦ About YouYou're a strategic thinker with a passion for public transport and community outcomes.
