The team is responsible for the delivery of high quality and timely responses to OIA requests and official correspondence on behalf of the Ministry and its Ministers.Building Resources and Markets is a group within the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment.
Our Group is responsible for many of the regulatory systems that govern New Zealand's markets including building, communications, competition, consumer and commercial, energy markets, financial markets intellectual property and petroleum and minerals.Nga pukenga me nga wheako e hiahiatia ana - Skills and Experience RequiredIn this role you will work across the Group and regularly interact with our business partners across MBIE, Ministers' offices and wider stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing high quality official correspondence drafting services within legislative parameters and timeframes.The successful applicant will play an integral part in ensuring quality and consistency of advice and practice in relation to both their own contribution and also that of the broader team.Success in the role will be dependent upon a strong ability to build effective relationships and work with others to achieve necessary outcomes.Will have the opportunity to provide cover in the Ministers Office (MO) for permanent secretaries on leave, from time to time.
