This role also requires a high degree of confidence and professionalism in interacting with stakeholders from the Singapore Government, academia and industry.Job Responsibilities:Brand, Marketing and Communications Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies across owned, earned, and paid media channels.Employer Branding: Design and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen IME's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.Brand Messaging: Create and maintain IME's message house, ensuring consistent brand voice and positioning across all communications.Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials adhere to IME's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, messaging, and house style across all touchpoints.Digital Marketing & Website Management: Continuously enhance IME's website features, functionality, and user experience.Digital Content Strategy: Develop, curate, and manage compelling digital content across multiple platforms.Multi-channel Amplification: Develop and execute strategies to amplify IME's content, research announcements, and key messages across multiple channels to maximise reach and impact.Content Creation: Design and develop professional marketing presentations, brochures, and promotional materials for IME's participation in international conferences, trade shows, and external events.Event Marketing & Social Media Management: Create, manage, and distribute content related to IME's external visits, conferences, and industry events across digital and social media platforms.Public Relations & Communications: Collaborate with A*STAR Corporate Communications team to draft, review, and distribute press releases.Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with research teams, business development, and leadership to align marketing efforts with organisational goals and research initiatives.Job Requirements:Degree in marketing, communications (mass communications), social sciences or related disciplines.More than 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or equivalent roles.Knowledge and experience in managing social media, content creation, design and writing.Familiarity with the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
