Some more information about the role A senior role reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analytics, you will be providing the leadership team with effective and insightful analysis and leading the business-critical coordination of stress testing activities to drive decision making in line with the organisation’s overarching strategic objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Executive Leadership Team with planning, budgeting and forecasting. Partnering with key stakeholders from across the organisation Treasury, Credit Risk, Product, etc.) to coordinate and improve the stress testing process and company’s scenario modelling capabilities. Building accurate high level modelling capabilities and analyse strategic alternatives. Support with financial analysis for key strategic projects. This is 12 month fixed-term contract – however, our client has a proven track record in retaining top talent and actively promotes internally, so this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to enter this sector.
So who are you & what is your profile? Process experience of revenue including a high level understanding of Treasury and Credit risk processes Forecasting processes and reporting experience Strong ability to build financial models Excellent analytical skills Proven ability to with stakeholders from across the business including ELT and Board members Financial services or big corporate experience Ideally a Chartered Accountant, CFA (or equivalent)
