Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Set up workstations, including new computer configuration, software installation, peripheral setup, and first-day on-site support for new employees.
- Technical Assistance: Provide helpdesk support (remote/on-site) to resolve IT issues, maintain office equipment (printers, meeting room devices), and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
- Network & Security Management: Install and configure network devices, perform regular maintenance, implement security policies, and ensure system protection through updates and patches.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain hardware inventory, track device usage, manage the asset lifecycle, and generate regular reports for management.
- Project Support: Assist with IT infrastructure planning for new offices, including cabling, server setup, and IT training for employees.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems, with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot common office software such as MS Office; familiar with basic configurations of Windows services such as AD, DHCP, and DNS.
- Knowledgeable in basic networking concepts, with the ability to independently set up and maintain local area networks (LAN).
- Highly responsible, with strong security awareness, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in IT-related roles is preferred; experience in desktop support or technical support is a plus.
