What you’ll be doing
- Build solutions end-to-end: analyse, design, code, create pipelines, automate tests, automate deployments, monitor, enhance, and maintain.
- Develop responsive, intuitive, elegant user interfaces that prioritize delightful user experience and simplicity.
- Build robust user-centric APIs that deliver value to its consumers without tight coupling.
- Develop secure and resilient integrations across multiple hybrid systems (including cloud-to-on-premises systems).
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or Bicep for multi-region and multi-cloud automated deployments.
- Design fault-tolerant systems with comprehensive error handling, checkpoint/recovery mechanisms, and observability.
- Implement standards-based authentication flows using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Drive platform modernization that delivers great business results and delightful user experiences.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate complex problem solving and development of solutions whilst maintaining the highest code quality standards
- Develop tools or automation that accelerate the development process whilst improving the developer experience - CI/CD, containerization, trunk-based development
What you’ll be working on

Your technical skills
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET, and at least one modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (Blazor, React/Next.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proven excellence in implementing user-centric, responsive UI/UX prioritizing ease-of-use and high performance.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with API development using gRPC, REST, GraphQL, SignalR, WebSockets.
- Expertise in building well-architected solutions in AWS and/or Azure.
Experience with services for compute, database, file storage, container orchestration, security, and networking would be a key advantage.
- Experience in implementing standards-based authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC) for enterprise applications integrating with platforms like Auth0 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with observability platforms (Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, DataDog, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana or similar tools)
- Solid grasp of secure cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, and identity/access management (IAM).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Redis, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB), ORMs (EF Core, Dapper, Npgsql, Microsoft.Data.SqlClient), and their related tooling.
- Mastery of modern software engineering practices like CI/CD, trunk-based development, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, monorepo, and “shift-left” mindset on quality.
- Extensive experience in conducting code reviews.
This includes the ability to critically analyse code, articulate specific, well-reasoned feedback, and engage in productive code refinement.
- Proficiency with AI-powered IDEs (Cursor, VS Code with Copilot), ultimately resulting to increased productivity and high-quality work.
