DemoX group is part of global Sales Engineering group which consists of supporting teams across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

We are responsible for developing and maintaining standard demos based on Pega technology and associated horizontal and vertical applications, and further customizing these to specific prospective customer requirements.



Demo Engineering team is a highly dynamic team that is part of Sales Engineering group and is focused in building clearly differentiated and pixel perfect futuristic demos that can solve some of top business challenges our customers are facing.

**What You'll Do at Pega:**





+ Participate in technical design and development of the targeted Demo/application Scripts

+ Contribute to design and development of features enabling customers to differentiate themselves from competitors and driving them to stay ahead

+ Visualize scenarios, needs of applications and design robust models

+ Identify and assess the impact of an enhancement or a change across multiple base applications and drive an optimal solution.

+ Adopt best design / coding practices supporting backward compatibility, seamless upgrades generating optimal performance.



+ Carry out PoCs / spikes for use cases dealing with complex scenarios

+ Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development

+ Work as part of a collaborative team with mindful of good software development patterns and practices surrounded by fun loving talented engineers



**Who You Are:**





+ BE or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

+ 5+ years of software development experience including 4+ years hands-on experience on Pega PRPC.

+ Strong PRPC technical skills, preferably Pega 8 and above.

Contributed to design and development of features.

+ Experience in used AWS services and able to work on AWS SDK integration

+ Ability to design solutions to simple to medium complex problems/use cases using Pega Marketing and decisioning technologies

+ Thorough understanding of (Pega based) applications’ architecture you have previously worked on

+ Ability to think and code fast independently with little hand holding and mostly driven with self- initiation
