Our values are Think Differently, Earn Trust and Achieve Together and we live by this every day.About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst - Projects to join our Business Applications Team.Based at Highbrook, you will beresponsible for leading and supporting business applications projects through their full lifecycle.
The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, defining solutions, facilitating testing and implementation, and ensuring successful change management.
This Senior Business Analyst works closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive process improvements, support system enhancements and ensure alignment with business goals.Key responsibilities of this role include:Business case preparation, including the project estimation processes and to provide support to subsequent RFP / RFI processesSpecify business requirements or user stories including acceptance criteria in conjunction with internal and external stakeholdersResponsibility for systems and process impact analysis within each project cycleSpecify functional requirements, for example UI design, from the business requirements analysis and solution definitionChange management and business process design and mapping in preparation for system enhancements or implementationDevelop test plans and facilitate testing processesAnalyse and control system configuration according to business requirements and outline solutions.Co-ordinate process improvement initiatives to drive and resolve business and customer problems.About YouBring your proactive mindset, professional demeanour and passion for delivering high quality business and IT solutions to support internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have:Certified Business Analysis Professional (DBAP) or similar qualificationAt least 5 years of relevant business analysis and process modeling experience in Agile and/ or Waterfall projects10+ years with SAP experience in manufacturing environment (PP, SD, WM)3+ years with Salesforce or Similar CRM used for supporting Sales and Service functionsExperience working on large scale and complex system implementations or business improvement projectsSelf-learner - shows a willingness and keenness to learn, coupled with a genuine desire to keep up with industry and technology movements is essentialIntegrity - displays an approach to their work that shows high personal ethics & integrity, and meets the ethical standards required by AltusSolid understanding of application programming, database and system designProviding product support throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with the Service DeskEngaging stakeholders - demonstrates the ability to effectively build strong relationships with teams across the businessEffective communication - displays clear and confident communication, with strong interpersonal skills that support effective collaboration across teamsFlexibility and Focus - highly motivated, results-oriented performer who can show adaptability in their approach to workWe offer a great workplace culture full of diversity, we offer competitive pay rates and are on a mission to improve in every way.
