As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you'll take the lead in keeping our critical business applications performing at their best.
From maintaining stability and security to troubleshooting complex issues and implementing smart enhancements, you'll ensure systems are reliable and continuously improving.
You'll also mentor and support your peers, helping build capability across the team while driving process improvements that lift service delivery.

Your ability to guide others, resolve issues, and drive improvement will make you a key part of our team's success.5–7 years' senior application support or IT experience, with 2+ years in mentoring or leadershipExpertise in troubleshooting, problem management, and root cause analysisExperience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and supporting a wide range of applications/systemsRelevant IT qualification, with ITIL Expert/Master certification highly desirableWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
