Starting salary: $ 96,307 - $113,303 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga
As Senior Advisor - Group Capability and Development your primary role will be the development and delivery of a work program to help address capability challenges within the Insights and Statistics group at Stats NZ.
Insights & Statistics is a large group comprised of 400+ analysts, advisors and managers.
As part of this you will work closely with the corporate Learning and Development team to tailor, implement and embed organizational level capability and development strategies and initiatives into the Insights & Statistics Group.
You will also be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring the effectiveness of programs and initiatives to lift specialist/technical capability, and providing advice and guidance to the group leadership team around capability and development related matters.

This is a permanent role, ideally based in Wellington however candidates from outside of the region will also be considered.
