About the Role

As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Arnott’s portfolio within Foodstuffs South Island (FSSI).

You’ll be the key connector between our business and one of our critical customers—driving growth, building strong relationships, and delivering results that matter.

What your days look like

  • Own the P&L across Biscuits, Nutritious Snacks & Meals, tracking performance and implementing smart contingency plans.

  • Lead the Customer Relationship with FSSI, building trust and influence at all levels.

  • Drive Strategic Planning to align annual goals between Arnott’s and FSSI.

  • Deliver Market Growth through compelling plans that win share and meet internal targets.

  • Champion Category & Range Reviews by setting clear objectives and leading cross‑functional collaboration.

The Ingredients for Success

  • Proven experience managing grocery retail accounts and building win‑win partnerships.

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence navigating forecasting and trade spend systems.

  • A results‑driven mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action.

  • Agility and resilience in dynamic environments.

  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

  • A business degree is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel between Auckland and Christchurch as needed.
