    As a Schedule Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless operations by effectively managing staff schedules.


    Your primary responsibilities include: 


  • Building Strong Relationships: Establishing and nurturing trust with Support Workers and Service Managers to ensure smooth roster coordination.
  • Efficient Communication: Engaging in regular phone interactions with Support Workers to manage rosters and address short-notice sick leave requirements promptly.
  • Adaptability in High-Pressure Situations: Demonstrating creative problem-solving, resilience, and composure to meet deliverables amidst unforeseen challenges, ensuring uninterrupted services for the individuals we support.

  • Previous scheduling or rostering experience desirable but not required, full training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Confident with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, with a proven track record of picking up new systems quickly
  • The ability to plan your work efficiently, work within a high-pressure environment and to solve problems as they arise quickly
  • The ability to build positive professional relationships with others to achieve desired outcomes
