Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacherEnglish, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts1FTMU (Healthy Active Learning)We are seeking committed and collaborative kaiako to join our teaching team at Templeton School - Te Kura o Rata.
We are looking for two dynamic teachers who are after a new and exciting challenge.
We currently have two permanent positions available in our middle (Y2-4) and senior (Y5–8) areas of the school.We are looking to appoint the right people, who will thrive within our teaching team.
The successful applicants will be supported by a collaborative and collegial staff and a supportive Board.You need to have proven skills in building strong relationships, working in collaborative teams and in delivering a child-centred curriculum.
We are seeking energetic and innovative professionals, with the ability to create a positive and empowering learning culture.
High expectations of self and children, initiative and a sense of humour are highly valued qualities in our kura.The position commences Tuesday 3 February, ****.Interested candidates are welcome to book a school tour with a member of our leadership team.One of these positions offers 1 fixed term unit to support in leading our Healthy Active Learning kaupapa.
