You will support and enhance a complex, growing platform with multiple apps and tools.
Deliver transparent, integrated, and fit-for-purpose change continuously across ACC.
About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As our Salesforce Platform Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a cohesive Salesforce platform capability.
You'll provide technical leadership across our Salesforce orgs, ensuring we maintain a secure, scalable, stable, and supportable environment.
You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with the Salesforce Practice to drive platform excellence.
Supporting delivery teams, you'll help enable high-quality solutions for our customers and ensure best practice standards are followed.
You'll oversee platform governance, create solution designs aligned with our technology roadmap, and play a key role in approving Pull Requests to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a cross-functional team, where your expertise will help shape the future of our Salesforce environment and support the ongoing growth and success of ACC.
About you | Mōu
* At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Salesforce Engineer or Salesforce Technical Lead (certified application and system architect is an advantage)
* Proven experience managing or supporting the Salesforce platform and supporting tools
* Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce, best practices, and standards
* Demonstrated ability to produce complex technical designs involving multiple components and delivery partners
* Deep understanding of architectural principles, software development processes, and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment
The technical expectations for you being successful in the role:
* Provide technical leadership for Salesforce platform management in an Agile, continuous delivery environment
* Collaborate with business and technical leaders to validate and refine Salesforce solutions, delivery options, and assess change impacts to create solution designs aligned with the platform roadmap and architectural direction
* Collaborate with the Salesforce Practice to lead the development of a strong Salesforce delivery and operations practice focused on improvement and automation
* Collaborate with architecture to establish and communicate architectural guardrails and patterns
* Oversee support activities, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
* Provide governance oversight and support for the Salesforce platform and associated tools while also identifying opportunities to extend and enhance the platform capabilities
* Approve Pull Requests and ensure best practice standards are followed

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $138,301 and $195,248 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
