Our client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join their team.

The role focuses on both business development and servicing a strong existing client base in the construction sector.

You’ll be part of an inclusive, down-to-earth team that values collaboration, initiative and accountability, as well as a desire to achieve great results.

Role description:


You’ll take charge of growing business across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato, maintaining trusted relationships, while identifying new opportunities.

Around 15–20 hours each week are spent preparing tenders and quotes, balanced with plenty of time out on site engaging with clients.

Projects range from stylish residential buildings to large-scale commercial developments.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Generating new sales and uncovering market opportunities

  • Preparing tenders, quotes, and project proposals

  • Visiting sites to scope projects and provide tailored solutions

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results
