Job description

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join our team.
This key front-line position is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all customers and visitors while providing administrative support to the Sales Department.
The successful candidate will thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all customers and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain the reception area and customer lounge to a consistently high standard.
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Department, including:
Prepare and process sales and delivery documentation.
Manage test drives and customer appointments.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Assist with vehicle stock displays and presentations.
Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Assist with dealership correspondence, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
