Your goal is to qualify leads to opportunities and translate them into appointments with our team of expert Financial Advisers.Your day-to-day will look something like this:Call warm leads from marketing-generated activities and sell the value of an appointment.Establish warm and authentic connections with potential clients, asking insightful questions to understand their needs.Educate clients about the benefit of receiving solid financial advice.Engage with our Financial Advisers daily, actively working together and fostering a relationship crucial to our success.Learn and refine varied sales skills and techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Manage our CRM (Salesforce) to keep communication and company records up to date.Build your knowledge in the Financial Services market to provide professional and informed sales interactions.Receive comprehensive support and training from an experienced leadership team who are committed to your learning and success.If you are interested in developing a successful career in Finance or Sales, this opportunity will allow you to improve your communication, interpersonal abilities, and calling techniques, providing you with a solid foundation for future growth.What Sets You ApartWe are a fast-paced, agile, and innovative business that values and rewards effort and outcomes.
