Now, we're looking for a high-performing, sole charge, Showroom Sales Closer to join our Nelson Store and help drive our continued success.
Sales Closesr – HotSpring SpasPart-Time or Full-Time | Nelson
HotSpring Spas is recognised as the world's number one selling spa pool brand, and we take pride in delivering premium products alongside exceptional customer experiences.
We are seeking a professional Sales Closerto join our Nelson team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
This role is focused on closing sales and requires someone with refined sales skills, proven experience, and the confidence to guide customers through a considered purchase decision.
You will be supported by a dedicated Appointment Setter, who ensures a steady flow of qualified leads, and a Customer Care Manager, who manages after-sale service and customer communication.
This structure allows you to focus on what you do best—converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with showroom visitors, digital enquiries, and scheduled appointments
Deliver professional sales presentations that build trust and rapport
Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate spa solutions
Confidently address objections and close sales with consistency
Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success
Uphold the premium brand reputation through every customer interaction
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated sales success with a strong record of closing high-value sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience selling premium or lifestyle products preferred
Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working independently
Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
Availability on 3/4 weekends, our highest foot traffic days
