Achieving designated sales budget and specific product-related sales targetsPlanning and implementing local strategies, including localised account support needsReporting regularly on performance to budget and targets and variance analysisTraveling, building a network of customer relationships throughout the territoryResponsible for identifying and assisting with training and support requirementsIdentifying and developing opportunities for capital and reagent revenueMaintaining complete and accurate customer records and data in the company databaseProactive involvement in customer ordering changes regarding inventoryCommunication and collaboration with team members to achieve overall company objectivesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Tertiary level qualifications in medical laboratory science or equivalentAbility to work autonomously and in a group environmentAbility to interpret, present, and communicate technical informationAnalytical problem-solving skillsInterpersonal and relationship-building skillsTime management and prioritisation of tasksAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingTechnically competent with experience in Microsoft OfficeHIGHLY DESIRABLE
