As a family-owned business with strong values and a clear story to tell, we're looking for a Marketing & Administration Coordinator to help us share that story while supporting our growing team behind the scenes.This is a hands-on, varied role — perfect for someone who loves creativity, organization, and seeing ideas come to life.About the RoleYou'll work closely with our leadership team to support both our marketing initiatives and office operations.
One day you might be creating engaging social posts or updating the website; the next, you'll be helping coordinate visitors, tidying up admin systems, or supporting small sales and project tasks.We're looking for someone who:Has strong attention to detail and pride in being reliable, punctual, and organized.Can take the lead on projects and work independently without needing step-by-step direction.Enjoys thinking creatively and outside the box, while maintaining our brand's professional tone.Is happy working on-site, enjoys being part of a team, and brings a positive, can-do attitude.Ideally has office administration experience (Excel, payroll, or coordination skills are a plus).
Marketing & CommunicationsDrive the direction of RPC's marketing strategies and branding.Create and manage engaging content for RPC's social channels.Design brand-aligned assets and visual content in Canva.Manage Google Ads, SEO, and website updates.Draft and send email campaigns and newsletters.Assist with events, sponsorships, and promotional materials.Administration & Office SupportProvide general office support, from document formatting to greeting guests.Assist with internal communications, scheduling, and data management.Support the leadership team with reporting and sales administration.Keep systems and processes organized, accurate, and efficient.Proven experience in marketing, admin, or communications roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in Google Workspace, Google Ads, Meta, Canva, Mailchimp, and familiar with SEO / website tools.Creative eye for content and confident in managing social and digital platforms.Professional, dependable, and motivated to contribute to a long-term team environment.Why Join RPC?
