  • Has proven experience operating Rollers, particularly in asphalt surfacing
  • Holds a full Class 1 driver’s license
  • Has an R Endorsement (essential)
  • Willing to jump out and do laboring when required
  • Understands safe work practices and takes pride in a job well done
  • Can work well in a team and follow instructions on busy job sites
  • Is punctual, dependable, and physically fit
