About the role
We’re looking for a Revenue & GTM Operations Manager to join Ideally and help power our next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams are aligned, enabled, and set up to scale efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in optimising how we go to market, helping us bring structure to fast-growing teams, supporting decision-making with data, and shaping the foundational processes and tools that will support sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll be doing
Optimise sales and customer enablement materials in collaboration with Head of Marketing, Sales and CRO - from pitch frameworks to onboarding flows
Partner with Marketing and Product on aligning GTM messaging with market needs and customer insights
Revenue Operations & Systems
Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of the commercial team tech-stack (eg: Hubspot, Zoominfo, Aircall, Nooks, marketing automation, Vitally)
Drive CRM hygiene and ensure consistent pipeline management across the commercial team
Maintain our lead and deal flow processes, including lead scoring, routing, and handoffs
Performance Insights & Forecasting
Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance across the funnel
Support forecasting and scenario planning in partnership with Team leads and CRO
Analyse GTM performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer impact
Calculate revenue producing commissions across the organisation monthly
Process & Cross-Functional Operations
Help streamline GTM processes and ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Standardise processes around deal management, renewals, and expansion in collaboration with the Head of Customer
Support strategic discovery, planning cycles and OKR alignment across revenue functions
What you bring:
2–5 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales/GTM Operations, or similar role at a SaaS or tech company
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot (or Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics), and data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets)
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and sales funnel dynamics
Strong analytical and problem solving skills - you love turning messy data into actionable insight
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
