At thl, we believe that anywhere is possible.About the Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for aRevenue Coordinatorto join our Auckland based Commercial team.
This role supports optimising revenue outcomes within thl's New Zealand and Australian Campervan Rental businesses by delivering trend analysis, assessing demand conditions and forming tactical and strategic recommendations.
This cross-functional role also assists with the implementation of pricing decisions and management of bookings and products through our reservation management system.About You:You're a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for driving revenue growth.Your standout communication and relationship skills make cross-functional collaboration second nature.You're passionate about tourism and committed to enabling unforgettable experiences.
Industry experience is a plus.Data is your comfort zone — you're commercially savvy, highly accurate, and a reporting whiz.Experience with booking or order systems is ideal, and you enjoy being the go-to for troubleshooting support.Your Responsibilities:You'll report directly to the Commercial Manager - ANZ and be a part of a high performing team, operating in a high paced environment.
We work collaboratively across our business to drive revenue performance.
This is a huge opportunity for the right person with plenty of potential for further development.
Key responsibilities include:Provide actionable insight and analysis in relation to pricing and revenue management as well as for our sales and booking functions.
You will ensure our ongoing understanding of performance relative to targets while monitoring and communicating market dynamics.Supporting the implementation of revenue strategy.
This includes implementing regular pricing updates, and assisting with promotional offers in a timely and effective way.Monitor pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market conditions.Supporting the management of pricing, products and bookings through the thl Reservation Management System.
