EdenSleep is our New Zealand operation that has helped Kiwis sleep better for over 20 years.

Join our energizing team and make a difference to the sleep health of many New Zealanders as part of your daily routine.

Let’s discuss responsibilities:

As a Sleep Coach, you will work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain high standards, and drive revenue, business growth, and market reputation.

You will need to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving sales targets and recommending ways to improve service and practice standards.

  • Coaching customers on managing their Sleep Health journey, providing recommendations, and determining the best course of action.

  • Participating in product knowledge and training programs.

  • Following up with clients, preparing, and sending reports.

  • Maintaining the clinic’s appearance, including stock management, filing, and cleanliness.

  • Maintaining trial equipment through proper reprocessing and checks.

  • Communicating effectively with third parties when required.

Let’s talk about you:

To succeed, you should have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy retail or customer service role.

  • Experience with administration, visual merchandising, POS, cash management, and attention to detail.

  • The ability to stay calm and compassionate under pressure.

  • Strong, adaptable communication skills.

  • Active listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of MYOB or MedTech is advantageous.

  • A healthcare or pharmacy background is preferred.

You should be eager to learn new skills and interested in building a career in this exciting industry.
