OverviewThe Retail Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at West City.
This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.This is a part-time position working a minimum of 30 rostered hours per week.
Flexibility is key, with availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer serviceLead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targetsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulationsCompliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act ****Provide coaching and product training, contributing to the continuous development of the teamMonitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reportsWhat you bringProven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory roleMust have LCQ and duty manager certificateDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of retail staffPrevious experience of inventory management processesExcellent communication, customer service and relationship building skillsStrategic approach to sales revenue and driving business growthFlexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as requiredWhat's in it for you?
