Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.
Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
Champion Customer Service: Be highly visible on the shop floor, engaging customers with personalised assistance and promptly resolving inquiries and complaints.
Ensure Store Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory control, including verifying stock and conducting stocktakes, and meticulously perform all price integrity routines.
Process Deliveries & Maintain Presentation: Accurately process deliveries in a timely manner and support store presentation by ensuring areas are clean and organised.
Support Daily Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team and swarm to achieve smooth daily operations and contribute to overall store objectives.
Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
