The Role
We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation and experience at Millbrook Resort, the purpose of the role is to maximise revenue and profitability of the room sales, coupled with delivering a superior guest experience and assisting the reservations team with meeting and exceeding sales targets.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment and has a passion for delivering unique and memorable guest experiences.
We are a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke reservation service, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills both over the phone and via email.
What does your Office look like?
A day in the life of a Reservations Sales Agent starts with a team brief to communicate tasks and a plan for the day.
The phone line is live from 9am to 5pm every day and is busy throughout the day, our Reservations Sales Agents are ready and prepared to take these calls as they come in and provide a five-star guest experience to all callers.
The inbox is also busy with guest enquiries for new reservations, assistance with existing reservations and internal enquiries - all of which are replied to within a 24-hour time frame to uphold our five-star guest service experience.
In between guest interactions there are projects and reports that are worked on and developed.
