You will take initiative to seek out memorable ways to engage with guests, and harness your creativity to deliver emotion and heartfelt service in every interaction.Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ensure our guests experiences begin in a refined and personal way.You will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, ensuring a timely response to all enquiries while maintaining a skillful and knowledgeable selling approach of the Hotel services.QualificationsYou will harness your luxury attitude, with humble excellence, a distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
