- Ensure optimal stock presentation and replenishment: Conduct regular shop floor walks to prioritize, rotate, and present stock to the highest standards, focusing on essentials, promotions, and fresh food.
- Collaborate for seamless product availability: Partner with the Availability Leader to align on fill requirements, preventing gaps and lost sales.
- Guide and support team operations: Provide clear direction to SOS and other teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement: Resolve escalated process issues and conduct regular health checks to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Contribute to store leadership and team collaboration: Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in Better Together connections.
