About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest in RoomPriceGenie and connecting qualified property owners with our Sales Managers for product demos.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage prospects: identify decision‑makers, uncover challenges, pitch RoomPriceGenie solutions.

  • Daily outreach: make and track calls through HubSpot.

  • Leverage local market knowledge to enhance outbound marketing.

  • Stay updated on hospitality trends and competitors.

  • Collaborate with management to streamline the customer journey.

  • Shape the future: experiment with new approaches and share ideas.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English (C2) with excellent communication skills.

  • Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.

  • Sales‑driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.

  • Tech‑savvy and excited by the latest technology trends.

  • Positive, outgoing, empathetic, and enthusiastic.

  • Active listener who uncovers pain points.

  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Team player who thrives on shared success.

Nice to Have

  • Additional European languages (Italian, French, or others).

  • Experience in a SaaS or travel‑tech company.

  • Hospitality industry experience or a passion for hotels.

  • Ability to work from our offices when required.
