Regional Recruitment Manager – Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar

We are seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to achieve student enrolment and profit goals for our portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

We have launched a proprietary online learning platform and have 30+ campuses in 10 locations across Australasia.

About the role: As Regional Recruitment Manager, you will identify suitable Higher Education & VET agents, manage relationships with key agent partners, and develop Agent Account Plans to support partners in achieving targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying suitable agents and designing agent management schedules and incentives
  • Managing relationships with key agent partners
  • Monitoring competitor activity and analyzing market trends
  • Developing and implementing Agent Account Plans
  • Identifying new agents and recruitment opportunities

This role can be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

About you: Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing, with experience in sales and marketing, particularly in VET programmes and agency/indirect distribution models.

You should be a commercially savvy sales professional with a track record of delivering results through indirect sales management.

You will need to have:

  • Fluency in English and at least a second language relevant to the region
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of organizations
  • Experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects
  • Strong sales planning ability and knowledge of the international student marketplace
  • In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand and Australian education system and visa regulations
