We are responsible for designing community-based systems of care, agreeing health and wellbeing plans, executing those plans, and monitoring outcomes which then feed into the design process.
We work in partnership with our Te Whatu Ora and Te Aka Whai Ora colleagues to shape system-wide public health services across the motu.”
The Regional Manager leads the life course team that oversees and implements the service planning and integration of their area, together with the responsibility for provider procurement and provider/sector relationships across the region.
The Regional Manager manages the financial budget and is responsible for sector performance and strategic outcomes across their region.
This role manages the central region, made up of Mid-Central, Wellington Region, Hawkes Bay and Wairarapa.
Ideally, you will be based in one of these locations, but this can be discussed at interview stage

You're an experienced people leader with 10+ years' experience who has the ability to engage in strategic discussions about the health system and the reforms, whilst bring your extensive networks and relationships across the mentally well sector, communities, key stakeholders and providers in your region.
As an experienced people leader, you will have experience successfully leading large diverse teams through change and achieving improved results while navigating a highly nuanced and complex system.
You will have successfully developed and delivered Mentally Well programmes at a senior executive level.
